Outbound sales, embedded in your property
We're the outbound cold calling function your hotel, conference centre, restaurant, event venue, or destination management company doesn't have.
Senior operators across Ireland and the UAE, picking up the phone every day, driving new buying clients to your properties and closing real sales revenue you didn't have.
We should know. We've made over 100,000 cold calls in this industry. We've been rejected on outbound cold calls 9,354 times, and counting. Yes, we count them. And we've brought in over €3 million in personal revenue in a short space of time.
Your venue is exceptional. Your pipeline isn't.
Your room isn't full. Here's exactly why
Three problems. Every venue we've ever spoken to has at least two of them. Most have all three. None of them is complicated. All of them are fixable. But only if someone is honest enough to name them.
No outbound sales function at all.
Your venue is operational. Your events are good. Your inbox is not a sales strategy.
Not one person in your business has a mandate to go out, pick up the phone, and put new corporate clients in the room. Which means every booking you have right now came to you through search, referral, or memory. That's not pipeline. That's luck with good reviews.
Corporate buyers are being called by your competitors this week. While your team is delivering, someone else is sitting in front of your next client.
Your lapsed clients haven't been called.
They booked once. Twice. Three times. Then went quiet.
No complaint. No bad review. No dramatic exit. They just stopped appearing in your diary, and nobody noticed until the quarter looked thin.
That silence isn't rejection. It's a relationship that ran out of momentum because nobody picked up the phone. Those companies are still holding events. Still booking dinners. Still running off-sites. Just not with you.
The list exists. The numbers are there. It hasn't been called.
Too dependent on the same few clients.
You know exactly who they are. Two, maybe three companies. They book reliably, they spend well, and they make the numbers look healthy. You've probably stopped worrying about them.
That's the danger.
One procurement review and the preferred supplier list changes overnight. One CFO decides all hospitality spend is frozen until Q3. One company moves office, and your venue is suddenly twenty minutes too far. None of these is dramatic. None require a complaint or a falling out. They just happen, and when they do, you don't find out until the diary is already empty.
You haven't lost a client. You've lost a third of your year.

Discuss PartnershipThe questions every Owner/Operator, GM and DOSM asks first
We tried hiring a salesperson. Why is this different?
Outbound prospectors are very difficult to find in hospitality. Most sales hires drift into account management. We are the function, already built, already operating. No recruitment, no ramp, no risk.
Can't our marketing team do this?
Marketing creates awareness. Outbound creates meetings, site visits, pipeline. The companies holding off-sites and client dinners need a phone call, not a post. Different muscles entirely.
Won't cold calling damage our brand?
Every call reflects your venue precisely. We brief deeply, speak the language of hospitality, and call from a position of value, never a script. Decision-makers experience a peer, not a pitch.
Who actually makes the calls, you or a junior?
Stephen leads every account personally. Calls are made by Stephen and senior operators with hospitality and corporate sales experience, never outsourced to a call centre or a junior reading a script.
Do you work with competing venues in our area?
No. One venue per category per catchment. That's not a policy we bend for a bigger retainer or a more convenient conversation. The reason is simple: the moment we're calling on behalf of two venues competing for the same corporate client, we're working against one of them. That's not a service. That's a conflict. We won't do it. Before any briefing call, we'll confirm in writing exactly what category and catchment we consider yours. If there's a conflict, we'll tell you on the first call rather than discover it later.
What happens to our client list and GDPR?
If you're sharing your lapsed client list with us, that list stays yours. Permanently. We call on your behalf, we log every outcome, and when the engagement ends, every contact, every note, and every call record comes back to you. Nothing is retained, nothing is repurposed, nothing leaves the engagement. If we're building the target list for you, it's the same principle in reverse: that list is yours too. Built for your venue, your catchment, your category. You keep it whether you continue with us or not. On GDPR: every call is made on a legitimate interest basis with documented opt-out handling. We operate under a data processing agreement from day one. Clean, compliant, and designed to protect your venue's reputation as much as your data. You've spent years building relationships with those companies. We treat that list accordingly.
What's the minimum commitment after the pilot?
None. The 6-Week Pilot is fixed fee with no obligation to continue. If the results justify a retainer, the minimum is three months. If they don't, we both walk away with a clean call log and a clear answer.
Twenty minutes. No pitch. No pressure
An honest conversation about whether what we do makes sense for your venue. If it doesn't, we'll tell you. All enquiries answered in 30 minutes.
